You can apply by fill-in the following application form, and send it to us by fax (+852-2389-2891) or email (fanclub@yokohamafc-hk.com). It's free of charge! We will present the following stickers to the shop who has applied to be our supporting shop. Moreover, the name of your shop and the content of special offer / discount / service will be displayed in this page.
